Useful information

My pre-race preparation

We recommend a cyclocross, mountain bike or road bike with 25 or 28 inch tires for the 30km and 70km courses. Road bikes are not recommended for the 110km.

Sunglasses are mandatory for your own safety!

You are expected to be self-sufficient to do your own puncture repairs or other repairs on the course.

Timed segment via Strava (70km and 110km only)

The long course will only be timed on specific sections through Strava segments. You can create a free account on their website and download the application on your smartphone. Strava is also compatible with Garmin computers. The winners will not necessarily be the first to arrive, but the fastest on the selected sections, which allows everyone to enjoy the ride.
